Can a customer use one treatment package at any of our branches?
Yes. We build packages that sit on the customer’s record, so any branch can redeem a session. Each session is logged with the branch, therapist and time. Head office sees every balance and where each session was used.
Can the system work out commission for each therapist?
Yes. We build commission rules that match how you pay your team. That can be a rate per treatment, a share of product sales, or tiered targets. The system works it out from each sale, so no one re-types numbers for payroll.
Can online booking check that the therapist, room and machine are all free?
Yes. We build booking that checks everything a treatment needs before it offers a time. That includes a trained therapist, a free room and any machine, such as a laser. Customers only see times that can go ahead.
Can clients sign consent forms and keep before-and-after photos on file?
Yes. We build digital consent forms that clients read and sign on a tablet before a treatment. Signed forms and before-and-after photos are saved on the client’s record. Staff at any branch can open them, if their role allows it.
Can gym and studio members pause their membership without calling staff?
Yes. We build memberships with automatic monthly billing that members can pause in your app, within rules you set. Billing pauses or switches to a freeze fee, as you decide, then restarts on the date they choose. Paused members can’t book classes until then.
Can you move our client and package data from our current salon software?
Yes, if your current software lets you export your data. We plan the move so client records, treatment history and open package balances come across. We check the totals with your team before you switch off the old system.
