Book it. Sell it. Own it.

Custom media and entertainment software for studios, event organisers, venues and publishers. We build the systems you run on, from bookings and ticketing to memberships and content portals. Built around how you work, and yours to keep or sell.

Sample media screens: an event e-ticket, a studio booking calendar, a podcast episode player and tickets sold.

The problem, and the fix

What holds media and entertainment businesses back.

Each problem sits next to the systems we build to fix it.

Rented platforms take a cut of every sale

Ticketing and membership platforms charge a fee on every sale. Some hold your payouts until after the event. Your brand and customer data sit on their system.

What we build

Ticketing and event sales

Sell tickets on your own site, with ticket tiers and e-tickets scanned at the door. Busy on-sale days get a waiting queue.

Memberships and subscriptions

Members sign up, pay monthly or yearly, and get access to your content, perks or member-only events.

Online payments

Take card, online banking and e-wallet payments through a payment gateway, with every refund recorded in the same place.

Your own customer records

One list of every buyer, member and guest, so you can see who comes back and what they bought.

Bookings still run on spreadsheets and emails

Studio slots, venue dates and crew are often booked through spreadsheets, calls and emails. Every change has to be tracked by hand.

What we build

Studio and room booking

Customers see live availability, pick a time slot and pay online. Each booking blocks that slot for everyone else.

Venue and event hire

Enquiries, quotes, deposits and dates for venue or stage hire, all in one shared calendar.

Crew and talent scheduling

Assign crew, hosts and talent to shoots and events, and send each person their call times.

Equipment rental and tracking

Book cameras, microphones and lights with the session, and see which gear is out and when it comes back.

Your tools don't talk to each other

Bookings, tickets, payments and accounts sit in separate tools. Staff type the same details again and again, and reports are pieced together by hand.

What we build

Staff and operations dashboard

One screen for today's bookings, sales, check-ins and payments. Each person sees only what their role needs.

Sales and revenue reports

Sales by event, show, room or membership plan, ready when you need them, without exporting to spreadsheets.

E-invoicing with LHDN MyInvois

Issue e-invoices from your own sales records through MyInvois, the e-invoicing system of LHDN, Malaysia's tax authority.

Links to your other systems

Connect it to your accounting, email and payment tools through APIs (ways for two systems to share data).

Content and files are scattered everywhere

Episodes, videos, articles and client files sit across drives, inboxes and links. Finding the right version, or sharing it safely, takes too long.

What we build

Content portals and apps

Publish articles, videos or podcasts on your own branded website or app, free or behind a paywall (paid access).

Media library

One searchable home for audio, video and images, with tags, versions and control over who sees what.

Client review and delivery

Share drafts with clients for comments and sign-off, then deliver the final files from one link.

AI search and tagging

AI built into the library tags files, writes transcripts and finds a clip by what is said.

Sell it as SaaS

Turn your system into a product you can sell.

Some media businesses build a system for their own studio or events, then see that others need it too. Built for that from the start, it becomes SaaS: software other companies pay to use.

One system, many companies

A multi-tenant system serves many studios, venues or publishers, and each one sees only its own data.

Choose how you charge

Charge each company a monthly plan, a fee per booking or ticket sold, or a price per staff user.

Plan for running it

Selling software means billing, setting up new customers and supporting them. We build the billing and setup into the system.

You own the product

You own 100% of the source code, so the product and what it earns are yours.

FAQ

Media and entertainment software questions, answered.

Yes, we build a waiting queue for busy on-sale days. Buyers join the queue and reach checkout in turns, not all at once. Seats left unpaid in a cart go back on sale after a set time.

No system stops touts (ticket resellers) fully, but we build tools that make it harder. You can cap tickets per buyer and print each buyer’s name on their e-ticket. Door staff can check ID, and fans can resell through your own site.

Yes, we build studio booking that holds the room, the engineer and any gear in one go. A slot shows as free only when all three are free. Each engineer sees their own sessions on a staff calendar.

Yes, we build production tools that make call sheets from your shoot schedule. A call sheet is the daily plan of who arrives, where and when. Each person gets theirs by email or in the app, and hears when it changes.

Yes, we build member-only areas on your own website or app. Members pay monthly or yearly, then watch or listen after signing in. Paying listeners can also get a private podcast feed, which works in apps such as Apple Podcasts.

Yes, we build show settlement, the money split after an event. You set each partner’s share as a percentage or a fixed fee. The system works it out from ticket sales, less refunds, and makes a statement for each partner.
