The problem, and the fix
Each problem sits next to the systems we build to fix it.
Your pricing, deposits or plans may not fit the ready-made tool. When the vendor can't add what you need, your staff work around it.
What we build
Online booking by the hour, day or month, with live availability, so one car is never booked twice.
Monthly plans, leases and renewals, with invoices and payment reminders sent on schedule.
Set rates by season, branch or vehicle type, plus deposits, holds and refunds.
Customers find a vehicle, book, pay and manage their rental in your own branded app.
Damage is checked on paper forms and phone photos. When a customer disputes a charge, nobody can find the proof.
What we build
Staff record photos, mileage and battery level at pickup and return. The customer signs on screen.
Every mark is logged with dated photos, so you have proof when a customer disputes a charge.
Check a renter's identity and driving licence online before their first booking.
Service dates, tyre and battery checks and repairs for each vehicle, with reminders before anything is due.
Bookings sit in one tool, vehicle data in another and payments in a third. Staff type the same details twice and fix the mistakes by hand.
What we build
Every vehicle's location, battery level and status on one screen, linked to its bookings.
Connect trackers and telematics (data sent from the vehicle), so trips and battery levels update on their own.
Take card, online banking and e-wallet payments, deposits and refunds in your app and website.
Issue e-invoices from your own booking and payment records through Malaysia's e-invoicing system.
Drivers use the vendor's app, not yours. Moving to another platform later can mean setting up every charger again.
What we build
Start, stop and price charging sessions over OCPP (the open standard chargers use to talk to software).
Drivers find a free charger, start a session and pay in your own branded app.
Riders scan to unlock, ride and pay, with ride zones and parking rules you set.
Crews get battery swap, rebalancing and repair jobs on their phones, with the most urgent first.
Sell it as SaaS
If you build a system for your own fleet, other operators may need it too. Built for that from the start, it becomes SaaS: software other companies pay to use.
A multi-tenant system (one system shared by many customers) serves many operators. Each one sees only its own fleet and data.
Charge each operator a monthly fee, or charge per vehicle, per charger or per booking.
Selling software means billing, onboarding new operators and supporting them. We build the billing and onboarding into the system.
You own 100% of the source code, so the product and what it earns are yours.
FAQ
Can we show a scratch was already there when the car went out?
Yes, if the scratch shows in the pickup photos. We build check-in and check-out where staff photograph the vehicle at pickup and return. The app logs the battery level, and the renter signs on screen. You then have dated evidence if a renter disputes damage.
Can we charge a fee when an EV comes back with a low battery?
Yes, we build that as a return rule you set. The app records the battery level at pickup and return. If the return level is below your minimum, the app adds your charging fee to the final bill.
Can subscribers swap cars partway through a monthly plan?
Yes, if your plan allows it. We build swap rules into the plan, such as how often and to which models. Billing can then move to the new car’s monthly rate from the swap date.
Can we move our chargers off our current charging platform?
Yes, if your chargers support OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol, the open standard chargers use to talk to software). We build charging management systems on OCPP. Your team then points each charger to the new system’s address.
Do chargers that only serve our own fleet need a licence?
In Singapore, no. The LTA (Land Transport Authority) exempts fleet owners who charge only their own vehicles. Public charging operators need one under the Electric Vehicles Charging Act 2022. In Malaysia, public chargers need an Energy Commission licence, so check your setup with it.
Can riders end a scooter or bike ride only inside our parking zones?
Yes, we build parking zones you draw on a map. When a rider ends a ride, the app checks the vehicle’s GPS (satellite) location. Outside a zone, the ride cannot end, and the app shows the nearest one.
