The problem, and the fix
Each problem sits next to the systems we build to fix it.
When ready-made project tools don't match your approval steps and claim formats, your team works around them in spreadsheets.
What we build
Plan every job, track progress against the schedule, and see all your projects on one screen.
Prepare progress claims in your own format, and keep every variation order on record with its approval.
Price tenders from your own rates, with AI built in to read tender documents where it helps.
Keep each subcontractor's documents, insurance and work scope in one place, with expiry reminders.
Training, passes and permits are tracked on paper and keyed in by hand. When an auditor asks who was trained, someone digs through files.
What we build
Workers watch the training and take the test on their own phones, in the language they read best.
Workers who pass get a time-limited pass with a QR code (a square barcode a phone can scan).
Request, approve and close permits for hot work, lifting or confined spaces, with checks before work starts.
Record site inspections, toolbox talks and incidents with photos, straight from a phone.
When attendance, materials and costs sit in separate tools, your team types the same numbers twice. Then the reports don't agree.
What we build
Supervisors log weather, manpower, work done and photos each day, even where the signal is weak.
See who worked where and for how long, by site, trade and subcontractor.
Track deliveries, stock and equipment by site, so you know what is where.
Costs from site flow into your accounting system, so each job's margin stays up to date.
Guards have no easy way to know who is cleared to be on site.
What we build
Guards scan each pass at the gate. Entry, exit and headcount are recorded as they happen.
Visitors register before they arrive, so the guard has their details and host ready at the gate.
Contractors at a working plant complete your site induction before their first visit, then sign in at the gate.
See who is on site right now, and open an emergency roll call list in one tap.
Sell it as SaaS
A system built for your own sites may suit other contractors too. Built for that from the start, it becomes SaaS: software other companies pay to use.
Each contractor or developer gets its own account, and sees only its own sites, workers and data.
Charge per site, per worker on site, or a monthly fee for each company.
Selling software means billing, onboarding new companies and supporting them. We build the billing and onboarding into the system.
You own 100% of the source code, so the product and what it earns are yours.
FAQ
Can workers do our site safety induction on their phones?
Yes. We build site safety training that workers watch and pass on their own phones. Attention tracking with the phone’s camera can pause the video if they look away. The test opens only after the full video is watched.
Do our workers still need a CIDB Green Card?
Yes. A system we build runs your site safety training, but it does not replace the Green Card. In Malaysia, workers must pass the SICW course first. SICW is the Safety Induction for Construction Workers. CIDB is the Construction Industry Development Board.
Can guards scan passes at a remote site with weak signal?
Yes, if it is built for that. We build gate apps that keep the day’s list of cleared workers on the device. Guards can still scan passes, and records sync once the signal returns.
Can subcontractors register their own workers?
Yes. We build a portal where each subcontractor adds its own workers and uploads their documents. Your safety team checks and approves each worker before a site pass is issued.
Can contractors working inside our factory use the same system?
Yes. We build contractor access for working plants. Contractors complete your site induction before their first visit, then sign in and out at the gate. Your safety team can see who is inside at any time.
Can permits for hot work and lifting be approved in the app?
Yes. We build permit-to-work flows for high-risk jobs such as hot work, lifting and confined spaces. A supervisor requests the permit, the safety officer approves it, and it is closed when the job ends.
