A rented system that could not change.
Wise World is an Australian agency handling short and long term rentals and property sales. It had outgrown the subscription property system it was renting. The system could not be adapted to how the team works, and after months of waiting the vendor said the features they needed could not be built. CodeBudee built Wise World its own system: a web app for the office, a mobile app for agents on site, a tenant app, and a Webflow website kept in sync with it.

Move-In and Move-Out Photos
Agents photograph every detail of a property at the start and end of a tenancy, room by room, right in the mobile app.
Works On Site Without Wifi
The agent app is designed to work on site without wifi, so agents can document a property wherever they are.
Signatures on Agreements
Staff send agreements for signing from the web app. Each person signs online through a secure link, and the request shows who has signed.
Premium Property Website
A Webflow website that lists Wise World's properties and presents a premium brand.
Website and System in Sync
The website and the management system are linked, so each property's content and status stay in sync.

Their own system, built to fit.
Wise World now runs on its own system, no longer tied to a vendor's roadmap. It fits their rental and sales flow, and agents work on site with or without wifi. Tenants pay rent, report repairs and see their documents in the tenant app. The website and the system stay in sync, and Wise World owns the source code of the custom-built system.
